Where the Landscape Lies - Support group for people living with a terminal or life limiting illness

An opportunity to share thoughts with others in a unique but similar situation through open, honest conversations.

Description

Free, informal small group sessions for patients living with a terminal or life-limiting illness that gives opportunity to explore what is happening, and ask questions such as:

  • What can we expect at the end of life and how can we prepare well?
  • How can we plan for our funeral - what are our options?
  • What’s important to me right now?
  • What things can support me right now?
  • ... anything else that is on top in your individual journey

"This has been a space to connect with people on a similar journey, where I have felt heard, supported and seen" (comment from a hospice patient)
