A series of free educational sessions for the “family carer” on practical issues around caring for your loved one at home.

“Stone by stone” For any person interested in strengthening social connections in our communities to support those at the end of their life and their families.

This course is an introduction to being alongside someone during their end-of-life journey - Prior health care knowledge is not required.

This course follows on from the introductory day by expanding the compassionate presence and is a two day weekend course to expand on the knowledge from the previous course and focuses on creating connection to death as part of life
